That effing song has many dubious distinctions. Aside from "Most Insipid Lyrics" and "Most Bizarre and Weird Transylvanian Organ Chord Sample Randomly Occurring Throughout," the Black Eyed Peas hit in question is also, without a doubt, the "Most Simple and Tempting Song to Parody."
Some possibilities:

Or perhaps:

All that breast inside that shirt?
